About the Role
The Prestige Cosmetics Group, a subsidiary of CAVI Brands, is seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Promoter Lead in KZN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales across different cosmetics brands, maintaining brand standards, and leading a team of promoters to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the promoters to drive sales across different cosmetics brands
- Ensure that brand standards are maintained
- Facilitate regular training and coaching of promoters
- Analyse sales and competitor reports to identify trends and sales opportunities
- Motivate the promoters to achieve organizational goals
- Develop and implement a timeline with action plans to achieve sales targets
- Delegate tasks to team members
- Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
- Conducting performance reviews
- Recruit high calibre promoters
- Replace no show promoters as and when required
- Manage disciplinary processes with HR as and when required
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- At least 2 years retail and cosmetics experience
- Supervisory/Leadership experience/managing teams in a retail environment is required
- Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Must be willing to work weekends/shifts/in different mall locations as required
