About the Role
Motus Daimler Trucks Airport is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager: New Vehicle Sales (MB Trucks) to join their team. As a key member of the dealership, you will be responsible for managing the sales business, incorporating all products and services offered by the dealerships. This exciting opportunity requires a skilled individual who can attract and retain a strong base of satisfied customers while meeting financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the frontline and administrative staff to ensure all functions operate at optimum levels.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to grow market share.
- Meet sales forecast monthly and ensure sales and CSI targets are met/exceeded.
- Control varied activities at an optimal pace to achieve required targets.
- Ensure good relationships with the manufacturer, customers, service, and parts department.
- Effective retention of customers through excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Sales skills, knowledge, and experience in the Motor Industry (preferably Trucks).
- Assertive and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and be results-oriented.
- Ability to delegate and follow-up with a strong sense of duty towards customers.
- Financial understanding of business operations.
- Excellent product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Matric/Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF4).
