About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking a highly skilled F&I Business Manager to join our team in Pietermaritzburg. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our F&I operations and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities. You will work closely with our dealerships to provide exceptional customer service and drive business growth. With your proven track record and excellent communication skills, we are confident that you will excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle an average of 30 units per month
- Perform against targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
- Foster strong relationships with customers and dealerships
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record
- NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits
- RE Accreditation
- NCA Accreditation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
