About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Area Manager to join our team in Witbank. As a key member of our security advisory services, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, conducting threat and risk assessments, and managing manpower and equipment. You will also be expected to effectively deal with client complaints, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and manage incidents and investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide security advice to clients
- Conduct threat and risk assessments and reporting
- Manage manpower and rostering
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Effectively deal with client complaints

- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Ensure training takes place when required
- Assist with shift changes as a standby manager
Requirements
- PSIRA certification Grade A
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Firearm competency and a valid regulation 21 certificate is an advantage
- Relevant experience in a managerial or similar position
- Knowledge of methods and techniques of risk management, business impact analysis, counter measures, and contingency arrangements related to serious disruption of services
- Must have confidence in dealing with the public
- Bilingual (English and any other South African Language)
- The ability to work under pressure
