About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our team in Mpumalanga. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing workshop operations, dealing with warranties and OEM systems, and providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for mechanical engineering and a proven track record of success in a similar role, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workshop operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Deal with warranty claims and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with OEM systems and procedures to ensure seamless integration
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workshop Manager in the Agricultural Industry
- Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic or equivalent Technical Qualification beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Software
- Strong Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
Qualifications
Grade 12 is required
