About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team at Communicate Finance. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and managing marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and engagement, as well as implementing and optimizing CRM integrations to align sales and marketing. Your expertise in email marketing, lead scoring, and segmentation will also play a crucial role in driving campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and engagement
- Implement and optimize CRM integrations to align sales and marketing
- Design, execute, and analyse email marketing campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness
- Monitor performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or CRM management
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of email marketing, lead scoring, and segmentation
- Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
