About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Paarl. As a key member of our production operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing daily production activities to meet output and delivery targets. With more than 4 years’ experience in food manufacturing and FSCC2200 standards experience, we are looking for someone with a strong background in production management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily production operations to meet output and delivery targets.
  • Supervise staff workflow, quality standards, and safety compliance across the production floor.
  • Plan and schedule daily activities to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Identify issues, troubleshoot operational challenges, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor processes, equipment, and productivity to maximise efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with GMP, quality, and safety regulations.
  • Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance at all times.
  • Conduct daily team briefings and provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • More than 4 years’ experience in food manufacturing
  • FSCC2200 standards experience
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to work shifts (day, night and over weekends)
