About the Role
A well-established construction operation is seeking an experienced Site Agent Building to manage and deliver building works on site. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that construction work is completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control day-to-day building construction activities on site
- Supervise site teams, foremen, and subcontractors
- Coordinate resources, materials, and plant
- Monitor progress and report against the programme
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and planners
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10 years experience in building construction
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of building construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
