About the Role

Join our team as a Cyber Security Analyst at Communicate Finance, where you’ll play a crucial role in protecting hearts and systems from cyber threats. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you’ll collaborate with your colleagues to detect and monitor threats, investigate incidents, and develop strategies to prevent future attacks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Detect and monitor threats before they can break hearts—or systems
  • Investigate incidents, collaborate with your team, and document your heroic deeds
  • Hunt down vulnerabilities and rogue devices like a love-struck detective
  • Perform security assessments, update risk registers, and keep action plans ready
  • Identify and report non-compliance—because love and rules matter
  • Run phishing and behavioural security simulations (without breaking anyone’s heart!)
  • Conduct controlled attack simulations to test organisational resilience
  • Produce management reports that make security insights irresistible

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in analyst or operations roles
  • Experienced with Microsoft security suite (because nothing says “I Love Security like Defender XDR)
  • Hold a valid drivers license (because sometimes, love and security requires a little travel)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Certified in CompTIA Security+, ISC² Certified in Cybersecurity, or ISACA Certified Cybersecurity Operations Analyst
