About the Role
A technology-driven organisation operating in the medical and health tech sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager: Tech to lead and deliver strategic projects across hardware, software, and internal technology initiatives. The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, ensuring teams are equipped with the tools, information, and structure required to deliver projects on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure
- Implement project strategies and defined “ways of working” aligned to organisational standards
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Track progress against delivery plans and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues
- Apply structured change management to prevent scope creep and ensure on-time, in-full delivery
Requirements
- 5 years experience in project management
- Degree or formal certification in Project Management (essential)
- Registration with a recognised project management institute (advantageous)
- Degree in Engineering, BCom Informatics, or Information Systems (advantageous)
