About the Role

A leading organisation within the electrical engineering space is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to strengthen their footprint across KwaZulu-Natal. This Durban-based role offers the chance to work with premium products sourced both locally and internationally, driving product sales and providing technical guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage major customer accounts
  • Drive product sales
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Provide technical guidance to clients
  • Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience working with electric motors, variable speed drives (VSDs), and switchgear
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial electrical products
  • Proven success in key account management or technical sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
  • Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within the region
