About the Role
Established upmarket Restaurant in Sandton is seeking a Senior Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead our team. With 6 years of management experience in busy Restaurants, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of front of house operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage wait staff and train new recruits
- Conduct stock control and maintain inventory levels
- Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate restaurant events and functions
Requirements
- 6 years of management experience in Restaurants
- Strong communications skills and ability to manage a complete front of house Restaurant operation
- Well-spoken with exceptional customer relations skills
- Experience with Restaurant administration and cash handling essential
Qualifications
- Formal education or relevant certifications (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
R 15 – 20 K net, depending on experience.
