About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at our Bellville branch. As a leading provider of essential services, we specialize in Risk Management, Fire Equipment, Detection and Sprinkler systems, First Aid, and associated training services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales activities, including cold canvassing, lead generation, and customer relationship building
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and services
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- 1 year of business-to-business sales experience
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans (language skills beneficial)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Pastel, etc.
Qualifications
- Completed relevant diploma or degree (no formal education required)
