About the Role
We are seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager to join our team at Geely in Pietermaritzburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the financial services department and driving revenue growth. With a proven track record of success in similar roles, we are looking for someone who can hit targets and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an average of 30 units per month
- Perform against targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role with a proven track record
- Matric Certificate (NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification) with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits
- RE Accreditation
- NCA Accreditation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Salary & Benefits
Basic salary negotiable, with additional incentives.
