About the Role
A dynamic and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator is sought after to join our team in Benoni, leading a company that is at the forefront of the FMCG industry. As an integral part of our sales and procurement functions, you will be responsible for managing internal quotations, sales orders, and invoices, as well as coordinating purchasing and procurement processes. If you have excellent customer service skills, a proven track record in internal sales, and the ability to handle purchasing and procurement functions efficiently, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Internal Quotations, Sales Orders and Invoices
- Coordinate Purchasing and Procurement of stock
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure efficient service
- Maintain accurate records of quotations from suppliers and customer invoices
- Support debtor follow-ups
- Generate new sales leads and actively pursue opportunities to grow existing client base
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Grade 12
- Own reliable vehicle
- Valid drivers licence
- Clear Criminal Record
- Clear ITC Record
- Must reside in the East Rand and surrounding areas (Company based in Benoni)
Qualifications
- Internal Sales Experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in Purchasing and Procurement
- Debtors Knowledge and basic understanding of credit control processes
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Strong numerical acumen | Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
Salary & Benefits
Remuneration: R15 500.00 Gross per month, Company Cell Phone, Commission Structure once 3-month probation period has been successfully completed
