About the Role
Our client is a well-established mechanical engineering company delivering high-quality HVAC and refrigeration solutions across South Africa. They focus on providing reliable, safe, and energy-efficient systems for commercial and industrial clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with experienced teams and gain exposure to complex VRV chiller installations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Ensure systems operate efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Completed Refrigeration Trade Certification (Aircon Technician / Trade Test)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning
- Hands-on experience with VRV chillers, ideally in shopping malls
- Immediate availability and open to locations across the Free State
- Strong problem-solving skills, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
Qualifications
- Completed Refrigeration Trade Certification (Aircon Technician / Trade Test)
