About the Role
Optim-G Sourcing is seeking a highly skilled Proposal & Sales Ops Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. As the operational backbone of our proposal intake process, you will play a critical role in ensuring speed and consistency across our operations. Your expertise in proposal workflows, RFIs, RFPs, bid timelines, and internal review cycles will be invaluable in driving our success.

Requirements
- Masters Degree in Communication/Marketing/Sales
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, sales operations, or pre-sales (preferably in consulting SaaS or B2B services)
- Proposal or Project Management certification – APMP preferred
Qualifications
- Completed Master’s degree in a relevant field
