About the Role
The Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco) is seeking an experienced HR Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a degree related to Human Resources Management and at least 3 to 5 years of generalist HR experience at a fully professional level. As an HR Professional, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on HR matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and developing initiatives that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations
- Conduct employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with line managers to design training programs
- Ensure compliance with SAP HR system and Microsoft Office
Requirements
- Degree related to Human Resources Management
- 3 to 5 years generalist HR experience at a fully professional level
- Proficient user of SAP HR and Microsoft Office
- Good business acumen and knowledge of change management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict management, and interviewing skills
- Ability to solve problems and drive results
- Customer-focused with high working standards
