Job Description

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR administration and employee record management
Support recruitment and selection processes, including shortlisting and onboarding
Assist with training and skills development initiatives
Support employee relations matters and HR reporting
Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases
Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance records
Ensure compliance with labour legislation, company policies, and procedures
Participate in HR projects and audits as required

Requirements
National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, 
or related field
Must require in-service training, internship, or workplace exposure to complete the 
qualification
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Interest in HR practices within the mining or industrial environment
