The ideal candidate is a natural host who thrives on anticipating needs before they are spoken and finds joy in turning a guest’s dream into a reality. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary link between their guests and the magic of Mozambique, ensuring every touchpoint of their journey is seamless, personalized, and unforgettable. Please note that this position is on a rotational anchor basis of two weeks covering the Safari Shop Manager, two weeks Lodge Administration, and 2 weeks Guest Relations Manager

Core Criteria:

• 2 years’ experience working in a similar position in a 5-star operation
• Must be computer literate
• Professional, courteous and have a passion for guest delight
• Good interpersonal skills and have great communication skills with guests and staff members alike
• Good organizational abilities
• Flexibility and lateral thinking ability
• Must take initiative and be proactive.

This is a live-in position. 
Salary: Market-related
