About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Unique Personnel Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving branch objectives and driving business growth through effective strategy development, sales forecasting, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of Branch strategy to achieve ROAM
- Setting of and adherence to regional budgets, sales forecasts, and fixed costs
- Monitoring and evaluating targets and initiating corrective action plans where necessary
- Monitoring and control of working capital
- Create and maintain effective customer relationships
- Generate and follow-up on sales leads
- Maintain high profile in industry-related organisations
- Provide customer support where necessary
- Plan and ensure cost-efficient resourcing for the branch
- Lead and motivate the branch team for maximum performance
- Prepare and deliver effective motivational team meetings
- Manage employee development through training and performance management
- Ensure branch adherence to ISO9001 policies and procedures
Requirements
- Relevant Business Diploma/Degree
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
Qualifications
- Completed relevant business diploma or degree
