About the Role
The HR Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the HR function within a luxury jewellery retail environment. This role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who understands the importance of confidentiality, presentation, and brand standards in a premium retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes for boutique and head office roles, including interview coordination and candidate communication
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional employee experience
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems with a high level of confidentiality
- Assist with payroll inputs, leave administration, and benefits coordination
- Prepare HR documentation, contracts, and correspondence to a high professional standard
- Support training, induction, and performance management administration
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 24 years experience in an HR support or administrative role
- Previous experience in luxury retail, premium brands, fashion, hospitality, or client-facing environments is highly desirable
- Basic understanding of labour legislation and HR processes
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
