About the Role
MKP Global Corporate Partner is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our corporate partner, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the construction industry, driving sustainable revenue growth across residential, commercial, and/or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction section
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients, developers, consultants, and contractors
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Convert leads into secured projects aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and suppliers
- Act as a key point of contact during pre-contract and tender phases
- Attend industry events, site meetings, and networking functions
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and project lifecycles
- Proven ability to generate and close new business
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Relationship-driven with a consultative sales approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Business, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field (advantageous)
Salary & Benefits
