About the Role

Safhire Consulting is seeking highly motivated and bilingual candidates to join our team in Pretoria. We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure. As a French-speaking Customer Service Agent, Sales Agent, or Administrative and Support Staff member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
Manage sales leads and convert them into deals
Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks with precision
Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results

Requirements

Fluency in French and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

Proven sales experience (dependent on role)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English

Salary & Benefits

R8,500 per annum, plus commission
