About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team in Port Elizabeth as Branch Manager & Customer Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and customer relationship building, with a natural ability to lead and inspire teams. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, with a strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations at both Sales and Operations functions in Port Elizabeth office
- Oversee East London branch operations
- Lead sales, finance, and operations teams
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Strong management / senior supervisory experience
- Experience in managing a sales, operations and finance team
- Valid Code 8 Drivers License
- Financial acumen
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Commerce, or related field
- Senior management experience with a proven track record of success
