About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Mechanical Foreman to join our team in Boksburg. As a key member of our plant maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing all mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring maximum machine availability and training our plant engineering team. With 5 years of experience in manufacturing plant maintenance and management of a team, we are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills to take on this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all mechanical maintenance activities
Ensure maximum machine availability
Train the plant engineering team
Conduct regular shutoffs of machines
Plan and implement job planning
Manage training programs
Oversee cost control of expenditure

Requirements

N4 Mechanical Trade Test Fitter/Millwright certification
5 years of experience in manufacturing plant maintenance
Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Proven leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
