About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Centurion: Data Migration Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the data migration process from ECC to EC and ECP, utilizing a manual spreadsheet-driven approach as previously used. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, this role demands exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact for the entire migration delivery.
Manage the development of the Data Migration Framework by managing tasks for all migration consultants.
Overall responsibility for analysis, identification, and resolution of data quality issues.
Manage Functional touch points with the implementation team.
Work with business teams to map data schemas between existing legacy systems and target system, resolving issues of missing or mismatched data.

Requirements

SAP Certified with the latest certification and staying certified updated is essential.
Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll certifications are also a must-have.
