About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mobile Supervisor to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our security operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our security services, while also providing exceptional client liaison and administration support.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule officers and mark attendance register
Plan, organize, lead, control, and supervise security operations
Ensure all officers are on site to cover shortages
Liaise with clients and handle internal queries
Implement ISO procedures and Health and Safety standards
Adhere to disciplinary procedures
Render a comprehensive proactive security service
Conduct risk analyses

Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
PSIRA Certification (Grade B)
Code 10 drivers licence and valid PDP
Firearm competency for handguns and shotguns
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively at all levels
Bilingual in English and any other South African language
