About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Graphics Designer to join our team as a Centurion. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing original designs, concepts, and layouts that demonstrate strong visuals and aesthetic principles.

Key Responsibilities

Develop original designs, concepts, and layouts that demonstrate strong visuals and aesthetic principles
Assist in creating artwork for campaigns including landing pages, emails, banners, social media posts, website assets, and other deliverables
Estimate project timelines and ensure work is completed efficiently
Think creatively to generate new ideas and innovative design solutions
Source and curate imagery for campaigns and maintain the company’s image library
Apply and maintain brand corporate identity (CI) guidelines consistently across all materials
Translate visual styles effectively across various mediums to create cohesive campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver impactful designs
Develop conceptual sketches and storyboards to communicate creative ideas
Produce engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand standards
Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and best practices

Requirements

1 year of junior graphic design experience or equivalent (relevant projects a plus)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Strong understanding of visual design principles and aesthetic guidelines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent)
