About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR and payroll administrative support, ensuring accurate employee records, smooth onboarding, and reliable monthly payroll coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Assist with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Support payroll administration by capturing and verifying employee data
- Handle employee queries and provide basic HR guidance
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
- 25 years experience in Sage 300 People as a Payroll Administrator (Not negotiable)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good understanding of basic labour legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
