About the Role

Join Our Dynamic Forex Client Services Team! Are you passionate about forging strong client relationships and helping customers succeed? We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused individual based in Johannesburg or Pretoria to join our leading fintech company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through our seamless onboarding process and providing exceptional support to drive customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Key Responsibilities

Visit clients in person to guide them through our seamless onboarding process
Support and explain admin related to forex transactions
Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and deepen existing relationships
Manage multiple forex accounts for both individuals and companies
Tackle challenging client requests and resolve escalations effectively
Help drive initiatives that boost customer satisfaction and retention rates
Retain clients by building trust and understanding their unique needs
Identify new business opportunities within your portfolio
Analyze client success or failure and recommend process enhancements
Ensure efficient follow-ups and closure of open issues for maximum client satisfaction
Support customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings

Requirements

Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role
Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Knowledge of forex is a strong advantage
Fluent in English & Afrikaans
Excellent administrative, communication, and people skills
Strong with numbers and adept at problem-solving
Comfortable working independently—remotely and proactively
Valid SA driver’s license and own vehicle

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in finance, law, management, or similar
