About the Role
Join Our Dynamic Forex Client Services Team! Are you passionate about forging strong client relationships and helping customers succeed? We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused individual based in Johannesburg or Pretoria to join our leading fintech company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through our seamless onboarding process and providing exceptional support to drive customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients in person to guide them through our seamless onboarding process
- Support and explain admin related to forex transactions
- Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and deepen existing relationships
- Manage multiple forex accounts for both individuals and companies
- Tackle challenging client requests and resolve escalations effectively
- Help drive initiatives that boost customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Retain clients by building trust and understanding their unique needs
- Identify new business opportunities within your portfolio
- Analyze client success or failure and recommend process enhancements
- Ensure efficient follow-ups and closure of open issues for maximum client satisfaction
- Support customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role
- Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Knowledge of forex is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans
- Excellent administrative, communication, and people skills
- Strong with numbers and adept at problem-solving
- Comfortable working independently—remotely and proactively
- Valid SA driver’s license and own vehicle
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in finance, law, management, or similar
