About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Papua New Guinea. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, providing financial analysis and insights, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization
Interpret complex financial data and provide clear insights to stakeholders
Ensure accurate budget variance management and net profit margin targets are met or exceeded
Develop and implement effective cash flow forecasting models
Complete quarterly internal audits with effective issue resolution

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certification such as CA or CPA is highly desirable
Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management, preferably within agriculture, manufacturing, or a related operational environment
Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (Sage 300 preferred) and Microsoft Office products

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certification such as CA or CPA
Relevant experience in financial management, preferably within agriculture, manufacturing, or a related operational environment
