About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organised and flexible individual to join our team as a part-time Receptionist at Raizcorp in Cape Town. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for managing the reception area and creating world-class experiences for all who visit The Business Exchange, irrespective of whether they are tenants, visitors, employees or clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the reception area independently
• Control and direct all incoming calls and correspondence for The Business Exchange
• Assist tenants with day-to-day operational queries and problems
• Screen all incoming deliveries and ensure they go to the right area or tenant
• Coordinate boardrooms and deal with walk-in queries

Requirements

• Minimum grade 12 qualification required
• A minimum of three years experience in front-line reception (or similar) role
• Previous experience in centre management and/or the property industry highly advantageous
• Ability to manage a very busy reception environment with little to no external support
• Extensive customer services experience
• Experience in dealing with difficult, irate and careless tenants highly advantageous
