About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Centurion to join our team as a Junior Applications Engineer. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, implementing software solutions, and driving business growth through innovative product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

Determine customer need analysis
Implementations of the software at clients
Consultation with Mastercam software to provide manufacturing solutions to the company’s clients
Support of software online or on site
Continuously expand and upkeep Mastercam knowledge
Demonstrations of product to assist in pre-sales
Do presentations, webinars, and blogs to provide marketing material
Attend launch events and other machining events such as open days at tool dealers and machine dealers

Requirements

Matric with high grade math’s
BTech diploma or degree will be advantageous
Understanding of Cad/Cam software is advantageous
Knowledge/Experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software will be advantageous
CNC machining knowledge or experience will be advantageous

Qualifications

Matric
BTech diploma or degree
Certification in Mastercam or related field (optional)
