Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Operations in the Packhouse
- Manage IR Administrative tasks
- Participate in Benchmarking Employee committees
- Ensure Compliance and Best Practices
- Maintain Time & Attendance records
- Handle Contracts and Health and Safety matters
- Update H&S file
- Coordinate Recruitment and onboarding for seasonal and permanent employees
- Facilitate organizational development and training initiatives
- Engage with culture and values
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification and experience
- Excellent administration skills
- Analytical, data, and reporting skills
- Good communication skills
- Team player with interdependence and servant leadership abilities
Qualifications
- Completed relevant tertiary qualification
