About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Stock Controller to join our team in Graskop. The successful candidate will have previous experience in stock or inventory management, preferably in a lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment, and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our stock levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control stock levels
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits
- Implement effective stock control systems to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene practices at all times
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Hospitality (advantageous but not mandatory)
- 2 years of experience in stock or inventory management
- Experience with stock control systems or inventory software
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid driver’s license (will be advantageous)
