Pretoria: Process Analyst (12 Months Contract)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Analyst to join our team in Pretoria, South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with PEM programme teams and business process subject matter experts (SMEs) to advise on business process capability and facilitate an understanding of business process value. This role requires strong analytical and facilitation skills to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with the PEM goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the companys portfolio of business processes
  • Analyse current business processes and conduct process audits and performance assessments
  • Re-engineer and model business processes using company-approved modelling tools
  • Lead the discovery, identification, and recording of processes
  • Lead the assessment and profiling of business processes for suitability of automation and business value
  • Manage the quality of the end-to-end delivery of automations from process assessment to deployment
  • Assess, optimise, and report on the business value of the process centre of excellence (CoE) automation portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Management (NQF 7)
  • Relevant business process certification or equivalent
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in a process analysis/process engineering role
  • Lean Six Sigma certification an added advantage
  • Relevant business analysis certificate
  • Project Management certificate
  • Business process modelling, AS-IS and TO-BE
  • Industry, business, and organisational awareness, knowledge, and skill

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Computer Science or Information Management
