About the Role
Sasolburg is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for planning and executing daily project-related tasks, ensuring alignment with the world-class manufacturing philosophy and principles. You will work closely with vendors, contractors, and operations teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily project-related tasks and communication with the project team and related vendors.
- Human Relations: Employee Relations, Work allocation, Artisan planning and work coordination.
- OHS Act Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance, ensure safe work procedures are followed.
- Responsible for Construction Activities: Execution of daily Project related work, Contractor management and evaluation, Vendor and contractor on-boarding, Spares Planning or usage, Down time and incident reporting on Projects.
- Project Performance measurement, Human relations with vendors and contractors, Disciplinary actions.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Engineering Studies / Related
- Trade Specific Artisan (Red Seal) (advantageous)
- 5-8 Years Experience in a Maintenance and Project execution
- 3 Years Experience Contractor and Construction Management
- 2 Years Change Management (MOC) Experience
