Westville: Operations Security Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Security Manager to join our team at Westville, where you will be responsible for managing day-to-day security operations across allocated sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operations management within the security industry and possess strong leadership and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day security operations across allocated sites
• Supervise, deploy, and discipline security personnel
• Ensure compliance with PSIRA regulations and company policies
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
• Handle client queries and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
• Compile operational reports for management
• Oversee uniforms, equipment, and operational readiness

Requirements

• Proven experience as an operations manager within the security industry
• Valid PSIRA Grade A (non-negotiable)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong knowledge of security operations and legislation
• Computer literacy (reports, emails, rostering, etc.)

Qualifications

• Valid PSIRA Grade A certification
