About the Role

Network Finance is seeking a seasoned Data Scientist & Analytics Manager to lead our data science and analytics team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for developing predictive models from start to finish, designing and delivering AI-driven and machine learning solutions, and translating data insights into actionable business recommendations. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a small data science and analytics team
Develop predictive models from start to finish: data exploration, feature engineering, model build, deployment, and optimization
Continuously adjust, refine, and improve model performance based on client and business needs
Design and deliver AI-driven and machine learning solutions for both clients and internal initiatives
Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations and presentations
Ensure analytical excellence, best practices, and quality assurance across the team
Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure delivery excellence in a consulting setting

Requirements

2–3 years of management or leadership experience, preferably leading a small analytics team
Demonstrated ability to build, deploy, and optimise predictive models
Strong, proven experience with AI and machine learning (nonnegotiable)
Prior experience in a consulting environment is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline (PhD highly preferred)
