Onderhou akkurate rekordhouding van plaasaktwiteite, ingesluit arbeidsure, brandstof, oesrekords, chemiese voorraad, en toedieningsregisters
Toesien dat gebruik van toerusting en infrastruktuur belyn met standaard bestuurspraktyke en maatskappy riglyne
Samewerking met ander departemente, ingesluit tegniese-, ingenieurs-, pakhuis-, en administratiewe spanne, om gladde bedrywighede en optimale kwaliteit te verseker
Maatskappy kultuur dryf binne en buite werksverband, spesifiek met verwysing tot groter gemeenskap en woonbuurtbestuur
Noodsaaklike Vereistes
Goeie kundigheid rakende sitrus gewas-, produksie en beskerming, asook besproeiing en oes
Vermoë om te werk binne vinnige tempo omgewing, met fokus op effektiwiteit en produktiwiteit
Sterk leierskap en kommunikasie vaardighede, met die vermoë om ’n span te motiveer en bestuur
Fisiese vermoëns om te werk binne plaasomgewing
