About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Groups and Conferencing Reservations Agent to join our team at a 4-star hotel in Cape Town. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for managing group bookings, coordinating conferences, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage groups and conferencing bookings
Coordinate events and conferences with clients and internal teams

Requirements
