About the Role
Aleon Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Business Partner to join our team in Middelburg. As an experienced OD professional, you will play a critical role in driving successful organizational change and aligning OD initiatives with our strategic goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, lead facilitation sessions, and develop action plans to measure progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate organizational change efforts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions during restructuring, process improvements, and cultural shifts
- Design and deliver leadership programs that empower managers and executives to lead effectively
- Create and facilitate team-building workshops to enhance collaboration, communication, and trust among teams
- Assess organizational culture, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to create a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
- BCom HR / BSocial Science / BA Degree in Organizational Psychology, or related field: A solid academic foundation in organizational development.
- Minimum 7 years of OD experience: Proven track record of driving successful organizational change.
- Change Leadership: Ability to guide teams through complex transformations.
- Data-Driven Approach: Proficient in using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- BCom HR / BSocial Science / BA Degree in Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Relevant certifications in OD, change management, or leadership development (preferred)
