About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Sales Executive to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and securing new business within the courier, express and logistics market. If you have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and are self-motivated with a drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and secure new business within the courier, express and logistics market
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals and tenders
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 2–5+ years’ new business sales experience within express, courier, road freight or logistics
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Strong cold calling and prospecting ability
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, driven and performance-orientated
