About the Role
Farm Manager SA is seeking a highly skilled Propagation Supervisor to join their team in Stellenbosch, Helderberg, or Northern Suburbs area. With 5+ years of experience in horticulture and a relevant qualification, you will be responsible for supervising propagation activities and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in propagation activities while supervising the team
- Oversee daily propagation operations and workflows
- Maintain and enforce quality standards
- Plan and monitor production schedules
- Manage and monitor propagation-related irrigation systems
- Train, guide, and support propagation staff
- Apply efficient, sustainable propagation practices
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in horticulture
- Relevant horticulture qualification
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong computer literacy and planning skills
- Good irrigation knowledge
- Practical, hands-on approach to work
