Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking a detail-oriented Account Administrator to support financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, accurate, and confident in handling accounts, documentation, and client-related administration within a fast-paced professional environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate record-keeping, supporting internal teams, and maintaining efficient account processes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field
- 23 years relevant accounting / accounts administration experience
- Bank processing and cashbook management
- Handling walk-in payments
- Debtors and creditors management
- Full and accurate processing up to Trial Balance
- Account and balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly payroll processing
- Preparation of basic monthly management statements
- Basic stock control experience
Remuneration:
- Cost to Company: R18,000 R23,000 per month
- Salary offered will be based on qualifications and relevant experience
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00
