Job Description

Hire Resolve is looking for a Junior/Mid Contract Manager to join a dynamic team in Midrand. This position is perfect for individuals who are eager to advance their careers in contract management within the logistics and construction sectors. As a Junior/Mid Contract Manager, you will assist in managing contracts while ensuring compliance and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Support the Contract Manager in negotiating contract terms with clients and suppliers.
Monitor contract execution and performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Maintain records of all contracts and related documentation.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding contractual matters.
Participate in regular contract reviews and audits.
Assist in resolving contract disputes and claims effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience within the logistics or construction industry is a plus.

must be professionally registered SACPCMP, ECSA
7 – 10 years experience
Commercially strong, willing to travel between projects
