Job Description
Entry-level, in-house marketing role, ideal for a recent graduate with a marketing-related qualification who is looking to build practical experience across a wide range of marketing activities
from content and design to events, campaigns, and internal communications. The role works closely with the Marketing Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Recently completed or completing a marketing-related degree or diploma
- Entry-level candidate with 0–2 years’ experience (graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and communications
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
- Exposure to social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn)
Duties will include
MARKETING & CONTENT SUPPORT
- Assisting with social media execution, including:
- Writing captions and content drafts
- Designing social media posts and stories
- Scheduling approved content across platforms
- Supporting ongoing brand visibility and consistency across channels
DESIGN & VISUAL ASSISTANCE
- Assisting with the design of:
- Social media content
- Presentations and pitch decks
- Mailers, documents, and internal collateral
- Adapting and updating existing brand templates and assets
- Supporting visual production under guidance of the Marketing Manager
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS & CULTURE
- Managing internal mailers and communications (birthdays, announcements, updates)
- Assisting with internal events such as month-ends, team initiatives, and celebrations
- Supporting internal brand engagement and culture initiatives
