About the Role
Join our dynamic Marketing team at diginu, a cutting-edge tech company specializing in on-demand food, drinks, grocery ordering and delivery. As a Customer and Merchant Marketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Rewards program to customers and merchants across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Market our rewards platform to customers and merchants
- Analyze sales data to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies
- Work closely with customer service team to resolve issues related to rewards redemptions
Requirements
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Marketing experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the tech or e-commerce industry is a plus
- Must be a South African Citizen
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (if applicable)
- Relevant marketing certifications or training (if applicable)
