Staff must get training before packing season starts Make sure the right product in right box-Manual is provided by exporter. Make sure the staff wear the right clothes. Hygiene is again the very important-study global gap file in office. SOP file is in packing office Weekly planning must be discussed Monday morning before work or Sunday evenings If you want to take leave you must apply in writing and it is approved by one of the directors. Leave is 3 weeks per year of which 2 weeks are compulsory to one. This must be done in the quieter times, when work is less Work vehicle provided to you may not be used for personal use.
